ArtsQuest Pilot Self-Assessment Questionnaire

Summary: The Self-Assessment questionnaire, designed to cover both performing arts venues and visual arts venues, is being piloted as part of the ArtsQuest project. (Please see the ArtsQuest presentation document - also available through Resources - for more information). We would like to invite Venue managers to comment on the questionnaire at this stage.
