In response to the current radical changes,
Cultivate has created a new range of packaged organisational development services to help arts
and cultural organisations meet the challenges we all now face.
Six services are offered: diagnostic; improvement
services; audience development; professional development; go & see – come & talk; audience
mapping and profiling.recognition of the pressure on budgets, easy to
understand and access, and quick to respond to the fast-changing circumstances we know
