Survive and Thrive

Cultivate is currently working with Renaissance East Midlands to deliver their Survive and Thrive programme set up to support museums with business planning and governance development.

21 museum and heritage organisations and networks are participating in this year-long programme to strengthen their corporate structures.

Activities include business planning surgeries, board development workshops and Go & See visits (regional and national), legal review by charity and company law expert on constitutional issues and trustee responsibilities.
