Cultivate launches Rapid Response© – a helping hand for tough times

Many arts organisations are facing fresh difficulties as a result of the Comprehensive Spending Review, current economic conditions, local government funding cuts and the ACE 2011-12 funding settlements. Rapid Response, Cultivate's quick and effective 12-step programme is designed to analyse and prioritise critical issues that your organisation may be facing.

Expressions of interest are invited for admission to this new programme which will use an objective ‘triage' approach to assess the level of severity of key financial and operational issues.

Our specialist team of legal, financial, HR and business experts with extensive arts knowledge will then provide you and your board with options for solutions, and an action plan.

The programme is open initially to Arts Council England Regularly Funded Organisations in the East Midlands and the cost will be between £750 and £2000 per organisation.

The twelve steps are:

  1. Expression of interest - admission to the programme is conditional on the appraisal of information provided in the proposal.
  2. Decision on admission to the Rapid Response programme
  3. Analytical tool
