AMA Action plan training: Reviewing and refreshing your marketing strategy

Bookings are now open for Action Plan, the AMA workshop on strategic marketing for marketing managers who want to appraise and refresh their marketing strategy and explore new approaches and ideas. Audience and Organisational Development Consultant Caroline Griffin will show delegates how to select and balance different marketing strategies; how to present them to staff, board and stakeholders; and how to link their marketing strategy to their organisation’s business plan.

 

Action Plan workshops will be held at City Halls in Glasgow on 2 June, The Women’s Library in London on 4 June, the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester on 16 June and at St David’s Hall in Cardiff on 18 June (all workshops from 10.00am to 5.00pm). The cost is £129 + VAT for AMA members and £185 + VAT for non members.
