Stop Press! Researcher and consultant Alan Brown (of Wolf Brown) will lead a seminar on his current work in developing survey methodologies that arts organisations can use to reliably and repeatedly measure levels of cultural engagement.
Customer segmentation is a major thrust of Alan’s work, and he is presently working with other consultants to develop the next generation of marketing databases for the arts industry that will incorporate survey data as well as transaction data.
He will also talk about new approaches to measuring the ‘creative capital’ of children, families, workers and whole communities.
