Vanessa Rawlings-Jackson started her career in the arts as the first General Manager at Perth Theatre and then held key marketing roles as Marketing Director and Consultant to major UK companies including Birmingham Rep, Nottingham Playhouse and Leicester Haymarket.
Since 1992 she has been working with the Arts Council of England specialising in marketing and audience development and business planning. During this period she gained experience in a wide range of art forms and undertook consultancy work for an extensive range of cultural organisations throughout the UK and abroad as well as for the Arts Councils of England and Wales.

Keren joined Cultivate in March 2007 having moved from Manchester where she worked as a PA to the Director of a PR agency. Keren has many years administrative and operational experience and has previously worked in both Recruitment and PR. She is also a keen art lover and has a MA in Art History & Visual Studies which she completed in 2006 at the University of Manchester.

Andrew is a recent addition to the Cultivate team and arrives having worked across a range of projects, initiatives and events for the Learning & Skills team at the Greater Nottingham Partnership. Andrew holds an MA (Hons) degree in English Literature & Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow and Trinity College Dublin, and has freelance experience of international concert promotion and audience development at Glasgow’s Centre for Contemporary Art (CCA). Andrew has also worked as Music Assistant for Lakeside Arts Centre in Nottingham.

Liam is another recent addition to the cultivate team. Since graduating from St. Andrews University in 2007 with an MA in International Relations and Modern History he has gained a solid administrative background and explored his passion for the arts, working on Film and TV productions for Raindog and BBC Scotland, as well as the Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival.
